We’re excited to meet you! During your first session we want to get to know you and your goals. We will share with you why we believe in our Strength and Conditioning program and why it works. The session will be structured with a tour of our facility, time for any questions you may have, and finished with a workout in which we will teach you some basic movements, including scaling options!
After the intro session we will chat with you about how our membership works! All of our new members are required to complete 2 one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches. These sessions will cover the fundamental movements (i.e. Squats, pressing, gymnastic & weightlifting mechanics) essential to creating the safest and best experience for you in our group classes. Great news, these two sessions are included in your membership!
At the completion of your 2 sessions you’ll be able to join our group classes! We know that there will be movements you love and movements you may not be comfortable with yet. Not to worry! You are more than welcome to schedule additional one-on-one sessions with any of our coaches. We want you to be just as excited about your new fitness adventure as we are!
