It’s always beneficial to get some extra coaching time. One-on-one sessions allow for more focused attention on your goals with specific movements, nutrition, & competition prep. Training with purpose and intention is essential and we thrive on building trust with every member and athlete. The best way to set up a session is through emailing either of the coaches (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) Our coaches are more than happy to work individually with you! We offer a discounted price for our members as well as a pricing package for 5 sessions.
