Welcome to MINT Strength

At MINT Strength we believe in a SUSTAINABLE approach to training that allows our athletes to make progress, avoid injury and realize their potential for healthier, happier lives.  Our movement first philosophy allows athletes to build mechanical consistency leading to greater improvement over time.

Our approach is geared toward reaching everyone.  We provide detailed programming and hands-on remote coaching for all athletes interested in developing Strength and Conditioning.

We specialize in Olympic Weightlifting and love sharing our passion for the sport.  Developing technical consistency for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk while pairing with plenty of Pulling, Pressing, and Squatting allows our athletes to realize their potential and reach their goals.
