Step 1
Your first step is to schedule a FREE 1-on-1 consultation. Sign up HERE!
We’re excited to meet you! During your first virtual session we want to get to know you and your goals. We will share with you the approach to our Weightlifting program and why it works. The session will be structured with a movement assessment in which we will teach you some basics, including scaling options and finish with time for any questions you may have!
Step 2
After the intro session we will chat with you about programming and coaching options! All new weightlifters are recommended to complete 2 one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches. These sessions will cover the fundamental movements (i.e. Squats, pressing & weightlifting mechanics) essential to creating the safest and best experience for you in your individual programming. Great news, these two virtual sessions can be scheduled at any time! *In person options available for athletes local to Phoenix
Step 3
At the completion of your 2 sessions you’ll be ready to begin your programming or remote coaching! We know that there will be movements you love and movements you may not be comfortable with yet. Not to worry! You are more than welcome to schedule additional one-on-one sessions with any of our coaches. We want you to be just as excited about your new Weightlifting adventure as we are!
