Taking the time and drilling proper positions will ensure your safety throughout training. You’ll get more out of every seminar you take and have the confidence to push your potential to new heights!
During these seminars we’ll have a focus that can be tailored to any level. We’ll dive into topics such as breathing/bracing, mobility and how to attack weaknesses within specific movements so you can push to the next level and conquer the higher level skills, heavier weights, and have better balance overall.
We come to you! At MINT our small group courses will push you in a fun and inviting atmosphere. Our courses are focused on helping you develop technical proficiency & consistency for the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Our hands-on coaching and detailed programming emphasize safe and efficient movement while building strength, flexibility and explosive power. Pairing mechanics with plenty of pulling, pressing, and squatting allows our athletes maximize their potential and reach their goals. These courses are geared toward everyone regardless of experience level, age, or athletic background.
Weightlifting is a sport of dedication, persistence, grace, and integrity. We hold ourselves and all of our athletes to the highest standard of these values. Enjoying the journey and process of challenging yourself is the key factor to it all. If we only focus on the final day, the one lift we want, the number we want to hit, then we risk losing out on all of the greatness along the way.
