Remote Coaching
MINT Strength provides remote coaching with individualized program design for Olympic Weightlifting and general Strength Training. Through our app you will have direct access to your coach. Daily programming includes demo videos and easy access to upload your results and videos for feedback. One-on-One FaceTime sessions can also be scheduled for immediate feedback.
Tier 1: $150/month (3 Days/Week)
Tier 2: $200/month (5 Days/Week)
Programming
Our Daily programming is geared towards athletes of all levels. We traditionally operate on 4-week cycles, building movement consistency and overall volume. The best part… we utilize our app for delivering your programming so you get access to video demos of each movement and workout tracking all included.

Personal Training
It’s always beneficial to get some extra coaching time. One-on-one sessions allow for more focused attention on your goals with specific movements, drills & competition prep.
1 Hour: $65
30 Minutes: $35
